Good morning everyone! Happy Thursday!

This question is something i really wonder about .... but keep forgetting to ask

Do you still have anything that you received as a gift from your ex?

I have a beautiful diamond necklace that i have no idea what to do with. Gotta sell it, i guess, but i have no idea to whom.

I also have a scarf from the same ex. I LOVE this scarf so i actually wore it today ... but shhh - don't tell DH

I think today's the last day i'll wear it though (i feel guilty hehe) - it will go to Good Will.

NOPE.

every piece of jewelry my ex gave me i sold

dh was with me when i did it and i soooooooo caught him smiling

i took him out to dinner with the money i got

I do. He had given me books, movies, and jewelry. I don't wear the jewelry but keep it for memories I guess. The books/movies I'll still use though.

I still have an emerald open heart necklace from an ex. I love it and wear it for special occasions.

my ex's never bought me anything too serious. I still have a troll and a coloring book from my elementary school sweetheart though ;). And DH knows I am not getting rid of them!! They are in a memory box and stored at my parents though.

my last x was 10 years ago. we were in hs and i think something he got me were pants. umm i def got rid of them a long time ago-i wish i still fit in them.

Nah, I don't have anything from an ex. I have some clothes from guy friends but that's about it.

We invited a guy I had dated just before DH and his wife to our wedding (long story, we became friends after we broke up, went to their wedding, et)

so his present at the wedding...

a Diamond band.

My first Ex, I would laugh and hand it back to him since he is a lying jerk

I have earrings that I still wear from time to time and cd's and dvd's that one of my ex's gave me, no reason to get rid of them. I'm still friends with all of my ex's, they all came to the wedding and DH knows them all

I still have a ring and a necklace that I'll never wear again. My ex was my first love, so it was hard to give those things up after we broke up. I guess its time now..(11 years later..wow)

Yes - a t-shirt that I love (Warped Tour '04 baby! lol) and a Dallas Cowboys T.O. jersey... I would never get rid of my jersey and I can't give up my t-shirt. We were together for a few years and I left him for DH, so he didn't take it very well, and he smashed picture frames and ripped scrap books and stuff ALL over my car... It was a disaster. But he conveniently didn't rip up that Rangers jersey I had bought him for his birthday, so that's when I decided to keep my Cowboys jersey lol.

Yup, I have two rings from my ex and a necklace. I don't wear any of them anymore, but I don't think I'll ever get rid of them. I keep them in storage in my basement.

A pair of diamond earrings, a sapphire and diamond ring and some gold jewelry.

I tried to sell it but they weren't really giving me anything for it so I held on to it.

Any jewelry I gave to my sister.
edit - except for a Claddagh ring, which I threw out. She didn't want it, I didn't want it, and it felt like bad vibes to do anything with it BUT chuck it in the trash.

Threw out all of the clothes that he gave me...because he tried to change me/my style...well, I didn't throw it out, I donated it.

Christmas ornaments got chucked.

I even threw out a Pearl Jam item he gave me.
