I'm going to say my modeling/dancing. When I was little I did commercials, print, fashion modeling, and was a member of SAG. Then I didn't want to do it anymore and I just wanted to do dance. With dance I used to compete around the country and have a lot of national titles. I love that and compteted until I was 22 yrs old. Then I went pro and did some shows. Now I teach. But I love having so many stories to share w/ DH of my childhood and traveling and my career.

Actually following through with college. I graduate next May with my BA (I'm a youngin lol) and I'm the only one in my family to ever get a degree so my parents are so so proud of me, and it's an awesome feeling, especially because I messed up big time in high school. DH is the one that reallyyy pushed me to do awesome in school so I have him to thank for that!

Buying a house!
My parents never owned a house when we were growing up (we always rented houses) and I’m so happy that we actually have something that’s our own and we can do whatever we want with!

Love your questions!!!
Hmmmmm- the thing I'm most proud of changes almost every day!
This morning the thing I'm most proud of is my career. I work really hard at what I do and I'm so proud of myself that DH and I basically live off of my salary and 95% of his salary goes straight into our savings account.

Going away for college and grad school. My family is more in the lower socioeconomic bracket, and it was very difficult growing up in a town where money seemed to be everywhere (except in my household) and friends had no clue why I wouldn't spend hundreds of dollars a week to keep up with their antics. Going to a completely different environment made me realize that it's actually more of a norm to work your butt off, and I gained a lot of self confidence. If I stayed within the same group of friends and same town, I don't know if I would have that confidence and viewpoint.

My academic accomplishments. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.95 overall GPA, perfect 4.0 in my business major and linguistics minor. Damn French minor is what ruined it for me, but I'll give myself a free pass on that because I wasn't speaking my native language.
A lot of good it did me....but I'm still proud of it, and the fact that I'm not dumb as a rock.

working toward my Phd...going back to school at 29 was not easy especially b/c I received an awesome job offer the same day I found out I was accepted to my first choice graduate school program. While my friends had their first and second children, bought condos and houses and finally started making 'real' money I went back to school...I took a huge pay cut and began the most amazing and demanding journey of my life so far!

For me is my son. Alot of people tell me how strong of a person I am that at 23 I left his father, packed up and drove up to NY with a 2 1/2 yr old alone ( we were living in FL). Got a job right away and ever since have been supporting the 2 of us on the suc ky salary I make. Another part of it is that I got out of a bad situation and my son has a better life now.

Re: NWQOTD - Wednesday April 14th 2010
a few years back... i coordinated the first ever battle of the bands at my old job (promtions coordinator for Virgin), I put on the show for practically nothing, used sponsorship...
the best part.... i did it all behind my boss' back!!!! o nce she saw the show she was thrilled!!!! and we made the most money ever in the store's history in one night!!!!
that is my own personal huge accomplishement...
for deason and i together, i am so proud that we paid for our wedding on our own, simply by working and saving, and we really didn't make many sacrifices
plus i am really proud of the fact that we own our own house.
