Re: NWR: Chili recipe

I'm a HUGE cheater when it comes to chili! I use the McCormicks packet. It's quick and easy and the recipe is on the back.

1 lb of chop meat
1 packet of McCormick's Chili
1 can of tomato sauce

Brown the chop meat in a large pan. Once the chop meat is browned, drain it. Place the chop meat into a dutch over or a large pot. Add McCormick's Chili mix and tomato sauce. Mix together well. I add hot sauce and more chili powder since DH likes it REALLY hot. I usually let it sit for about an hour on low and stir it occasionally. After a half hour of it sitting I try to taste it to see if it needs to sit longer. And I don't like beans so I make it without beans but my dad usually adds beans when I give him left overs. It's SO simple and we have it almost every Sunday during football with chips and shredded cheese on top.
