NWR- Food processor question
Can food processors be used to chop chicken breasts into 1 inch strips (small enough to do a stir fry)? I have quite a few stir fry recipes and sometimes I buy a ton of chicken breasts, slice them up and put them in freezer bags so that when I do a stir fry, I just defrost the sliced chicken breasts and start stir frying. Then I was thinking how cool it would be if I had a food processor to do the slicing for me. Does anyone think it would work? I just want to slice small enough to do stir fry's..I don't want to grind or puree. TIA!
