def... from what i have been told the going rate now is about 5.8% (give or take a few tenths)

yep great rate! we got 5% without points a year ago....and if it goes lower in that 30days, they can usually move you to the lower rate.

we just got a rate of 4.75% and Ive heard that this is pretty good...although I have heard of some people getting a lil lower recently
