in this ecomony i would just **** up the move and deal with it until you find something closer!
sorry i know it stinks, my offices talks about potentially combining offices eventually, my office is in garden city and i live 10 mins away... and there is an office in suffolk and brookln, so if they closed our office and i had to go to one of the other offices i would die! but at least i have a job right?

coming from someone who is unemployed I would make the commute. Jobs are hard to find and if this is a job you like then the good jobs are even harder to find.
**** it up.....its only about an hour commute. That is a very normal commute for this area.

i would just stick it out till you find something, i know it stinks but hold on to your job. also, my hours are 7:30 - 4:30 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it, never thought I would, but I never hit traffic, its awesome.

thanks ladies. honestly this is just the icing on the sh1t cake, i'm definitely going to keep looking for something new though.
