Hi girls, can anyone tell me if they have any experience with this company. They gave me a really good price on homeowners insurance and car insurance, but I was on hold for 1 hour and the lady was kind of snotty. I mean the price difference is almost half of what Allstate quoted me. But I am afraid of the expression, 'too good to be true'! I don't want to save money if I have to deal with an unprofesssional company and be on hold for an hour if my roof caves in..... So, what do I do? Any advice, anyone have any experience with this company! Please respond ASAP! Hope to make a decision today!

I dont have any info on the company, but if they keep you on hold and are snotty to you when you are going to get ins. from them, god only knows what it would be like if you tried to get a claim processed..

I've never heard of them either, but I agree with Suzanne on that one. Maybe check with the BBB, or if there are any agencies you can check with that keeps up on insurance companies and their performance in regards to customer service, claims, etc.
