In organizingthe NYC get together......would it be best to do this during the week, or on a weekend? I'm thinking that if during the week, commuters from LI might be able to stop by? Then again, will people want to just get home after work? If someone really wants to come on a weekend, we could choose a neutral place sort of near Penn Station (W. 40s)so that if people wanted, they could come anyway. Any thoughts?

I couldn't make yesterday's GTG b/c we just had too much to do around the house...but a nyc weekday might work for me

hello there!! I'm interested......during the week works better for me. I work in Jersey City now, but I can always take the ferry or PATH over to the financial district and take it from there depending on where we go. I'm sure midtown will end up being most convenient for the masses.....but I just have to say I'd love to recommend Stone St. in the Financial district (if the weather's nice) b/c the whole block is closed to traffic and they have all the tables outside.....Ulysses baby!!! love that bar!

I love Stone Street to Helen! That would be a great idea if folks were willing to travel
