I decided to do a 4 course cocktail party of all finger foods. It's only for about 8-10 people
1st- veggies and dip chips and dip hummus and pita chips cheese, crackers and pepperoni
2nd= spinach dip baked brie pigs in a blanket stuffed mushrooms
3rd=swedish meatballs 3 bean casserole mini beef wellingtons chicken on a stick
4th=desserts chocolate fondue with apples, bananas, pretzels, rice crispy treats, pound cake, marshmallows cookies cannolis rainbow cookies cream puffs tart sized cheesecake and choc pudding pie

Sounds delish...I am planning mine now, and I would have it down if people would make up their mind and tell me if they were coming or not
Because if not, you were going to have two very hungry people and their very hungry kittens at your doorstep with some sleeping bags!

I'm comin over! Menu sounds really good. I am a fan of finger foods. My SIL and her partner are havign a committment ceremony in June of next year and are doing it in a place in NY-no sit down menu, just finger foods like a cocktail party. I think it works out well because at weddings the best part of the food is usually the cocktail hour anyway.

We're doing taco night & ordering sicilian style pizza too, it's just my sister, bro-in-law, another married couple and us. So only 6 people. Keeping it low key and low maintenance!

And we have a outdoor firepit for roasting marshmellows!

Any recipes?
I know I am making spinach balls...they are amazing, a WW recipe that I adapted to low carb. And some other stuff...I need a head count!!!
