Odd question lol-Do you have....???

Sideburns?

I know TOTALLY random right? I do. I never realized it till Pete pointed it out to me. He was tugging on the hairs this weekend when we were watching the Bourne Ultimatum, because they were curling up.

I always took it for granted that it was just the way my hair grew. I never thought of them as like manly sideburns. Now Ims elf concious lol. Thinking of waxing them off but then my hairline will look different so I am unsure.

same for hair on my arms/ Im not a beast but I guess most women have lighter hair? Who knows. Im a darker skinned hispanic girl but my mom always had the same hair issues....

Anyone else want to share hair horror stories?

I have the 'sideburns' too, but I've noticed that a lot of women do. It's not MANLY sideburns, lol, just some fine hair. I had gone to a consultation for electrolysis and the aesthetician told me that she would not recommend removing all that hair because it would then look funny; that some women didn't have any hair there, but some do and if it follows the flow of your hairline then it's fine.

Oh and I have hairy arms. Don't like it, but not going to wax cuz that's just a lifetime commitment and, let's be honest, I don't even wax my legs as often as I should .

i have them too but i havent developed a complex yet.

but i do have odd baby hair around my forehead that i HATE... its like a 3month old on my hair line back in my teens i cut it.. yeah BAD idea!

LMAO I rarely wax my legs or even shave them in the winter. Such a pain. Ok I feel better now ladies lol. I was like crap..I never noticed I had sideburns. Just little curls there.

I have the baby wisps too! and I have a weird eyebrow hair thing on my left one-like does a weird V thing at the very front but ONLY on that side...very odd.

yeah... i hated how back in the 90's everyone put gel in their bangs to make it look liek baby hair.... me on the other hand put gel in my hair to PUSH IT BACK

I got the hairy arms too (dark hair)!!!! AND the sideburns-but thank God, those are very thin and not too noticeable!!

I can't stand my lady sideburns.
They are sparse, but go down quite low on my jaw and get so freakin long, so I just trim the hairs very close. Sometimes I lighly bleach them. I don't want to remove them completely because it would look funny to have a 'bald' spot on my face.

I also have a nice 'stache which gets taken care of religiously, hairs on my chinny chin chin which get plucked regularly.

I also have hair on my arms, but that does not bother me as much. It is not very dark and lightens up nicely in the summer.

But I do tan very nicely.

i dont want to make anything worse so i just leave them and hope no one notices!

Not for nothing, the hair on my head is gray, and I mean I am 40% gray. (must be an age correlation here)
Why the heck then do the hairs on my chin and lip get DARKER instead of lighter ? They used to be blonde !

im italian and a HAIRY mess! not so much my arms. but I shave my legs and they get prickly so quick. And the back of my thighs is like dark thick hair. Its horrible. And I get bumpy or irritated after shaving sometimes. Its just a nightmare.

I don't have sideburns but I do get that one chin hair that creeps up on you also!!!! It is such a pain in the a**!!!

OMG this is my subject. I never ever worried about any kind of facial hair besides eyebrows until i went to a evil waxer. I told her to wax my eyebrows and after I said this she ran her finger over my lip and said 'your mustache too.' I snapped at her no but from that day I have been mortified about facial hair.

So I asked 100 people and said be honest do i have a mustache they all said no but when I look in the mirror sideways I can see blonde fuzz. So I naired it then i noticed the no hair on my lip made the rest of me stand out as hairy. It was a viscious cycle.

I hate my sideburns i looked into lazer removal but i am blond and it only works on dark hair.

To make a long story short once every 3 months i burn the top 5 layers of skin off my face with the nair. Oh and this is really awful but the last time I did this was on a Sunday night. Monday morning I came into work. In the fluorescent lighting I noticed that my makeup did not attach to any of the areas I naired I was bronzed and covered on my upper cheeks and forehead but my sideburns and mustache were white. i looked like papa smurf with a white beard.

LMAO CAT! Ok I ahve one better for you.. DO NOT EVER repeat this people lmao cause DH will KILL ME!!!

For awhhile (BEFORE we met) he was like really into weight training and was HUGE and yummy buff. So he decided to start trimming his body hair to make the definition stand out more right...Ok so started with shaving pits, then legs, then arms..but he didn't like the stubble so he tried to NAIR it all off....

Can we just say CHEMICAL BURNS for 2 weeks.....




Thankfully he has now come to terms with his hairienss (THANK YOU GOD!)
