my brother was a fitness model and we always told him not to get too big because pictures like that are SCARY!!!!!!! that cannot be healthy!

this was his 'big break' haha as we call it..



he's not really modeling anymore... but he does have a website... it's like online personal training. he comes up with workout and meal plans and stuff like that... haha Abs by Joey

I am a married woman so will keep ym comments to myself. But eyes..ah eyes what use is having them if they do not peek their fill

OK, Hayley, first, um, THANKS!!! Joey TOTALLY erases Bunch'o'GrapesGuy from my mind's eye.
And um, yeah, I'm going to have to check out ABS by JOEY, after the Feedus arrives. If he were my trainer he wouldn't have to do anything, just the chance to look at him for an hour would make me get to the gym!!!!
