ok ladies, who's cooking right now?

and what are you making?

my brain is totally fried today... I can't even keep my pie recipe straight in my head

After several almost major mistakes, the pecan pie is in the oven it's coming out in about 15 minutes.

I'm about to make my patented cranberry sauce (with fresh pears, raisins, prunes, dried peaches, orange zest and a dash or molasses and booze)

only then can I rest!

No...I decided to just Relax. We are going to be getting Up Real Early tomorrow.

I got the bread all broken up for the Stuffin.
And All my pots, pans, & dished are all ready to go.

hello ladies!!! hope all is going well for anyone else who's cooking!!! so far I made 2 pumpkin pies, and the sweet potato souffle is in the oven as we speak. next I'm going to make stuffing on the stove (I'm also making stuffing in the bird tomorrow, but I want to be sure there's going to be enough since this is my first time!).

DH helped me w/ prepping the turkey.....thank god!!! he cleaned, soaked it in water, and now he injected some butter & garlic in it overnight.....he's a man after Emeril's heart w/ his love of GAHLIC!

good luck ladies!!! we are such good wives slaving away in the kitchen!!

yep I do......he's snoring on the couch as we speak!!! I think I'm done for tonight.....I am so tired!!!! if I don't get a chance to come on in the AM- then Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!!!

I just finished making8 cheescakes

I'm making applesauce in the crockpot and I'm going to start on a few pecan pies in a bit.

Dh is cooking!! He's making chicken pie & his famous spinach dip in a bread bowl...we'll be bringing this to my folk's...where Mom is making the turkey & trimmings...so glad i don't need to fit in a dress anymore!!!

We are Cooking....

We just got done with the Stuffin....now it just has to go in the oven.

I made Sweet Potatoes... just have to go in the oven.

DH is making his famous Spanish Rice. (Yum Yum)

I have to finish up the Ranch Style Mashed Potatoes.

DH is also making Green Beans with Onion/Garlic/EVOO

Cream Corn

the only thing I'm making is my Hot artichoke dip....& I just finished it!

Easy thanksgiving for me!! hehe
