I emailed Duet asking about my album layout?? When we sat down to do the albums they said in 4-5 weeks I would get an email with the layout . Well its been 5 weeks a few days. DH thinks I am nuts and should leave them alone

Not obsessive. I think I drove my photographer insane with all the calling and e-mailing I did about various things, enlargements, my album, just a hello (I enjoy chatting with Debbie)

i would send them an email. i know i'm going to be the same way once i give them all the stuff for the album. how long does it take to get the video from them? did you get yours yet?

No, I would email them. Every time I waited the extra week whatever it was that I was waiting for was already in, they just hadn't called ME.

My only teeny tiny complaint with Duet was that often things were ready and waiting and Nicole had forgotten to call/email to let me know - I'm not normaly the type to push things BUT if I thought too much time had passed, I'd drop her a friendly 'reminder' email and often I'd hear that my request was done and sitting there waiting!
So definitely give them a call, I dont think its unreasonable at all

I think it takes about 5 weeks. I dropped my stuff off the middle of May and it will supposedly be ready on June 27th HTH

Ok well Duet just emailed me back and said it should be ready any day. They will call and check on it when the place is open on Tuesday

I know if I don't get it done now I will NEVER get it done!! Also some of DH's family that lives in Italy could not make it for the wedding but are coming in August and DH wanted to show them.
