okay girls...a little nauseous?!?!

Could it be? Went off the pill right after the big day - 28 days says around the 18th due. But I am SO woozy! I have not thrown up (sorry to be disgusting... ), and I figured my period would be really different this time...I am thinking it could just be hormonal, but DAMN I am so sick to my stomach? Anybody have any input?

results were negative - this time!...I did call my doctor though. He said that because I just went off the pill, it's hard to tell when my period is due to arrive. Thus making the at home test kind of unreliable. He said if no period by Friday to come on in for a test! He also said no medicines until then... I will keep you updated!

Just wanted to say that when I came off the pill after being on it for 7 years, it took almost 2 months for me to get my period again. I can't tell you how many HPT's I took!! It just takes time though....

We have to wait until June/July to start trying - because of my work schedule and when I can take off etc...

vamdep- just be cautioned that there is no way to plan on exactly when you will get pregnant. A friend of mine told me that a while ago and she was really right. There is NO way to plan what month it will happen. Will you have to start and stop if it doesn't happen when you need it to?

While I'm definitely not in any kind of position to try to plan when I get pregnant (beggers can't be choosers, after all) I did stop all treatment this month (other than monitoring) because a December conception would give me a September baby, and that would be horrific for me because I'd miss the first days of school. I agree 100% that we can't (shouldn't even try to, realistically speaking) choose when to give birth, but we can definitely HOPE the odds are in our favor! When I explained my thoughts to my doctors, even THEY were in agreement with me.

I was on the pill for 2 weeks and it did not agree with me, so they took me off of it immediately,and my period came 2 weeks late, I took a lot of tests and they were negative, but I was freaking out becuase we are not ready for a baby yet, my period finally came, so do not get your hopes up. Though I do give you baby dust also and hope that you are expecting.~~~~~~Baby dust ~~~~~~~

oh we were only playing around!

We are fine w. starting to try but not overly crazed...YET!. I know my period could just be late..in fact that is probably the case. But it's good to know that the prospect is exciting!. I was starting to wonder if I would ever 'be ready'.

I'll give an update tomorrow. - Also good to know that a lot of us are TTC! WHERE IS THE 'EXPECTING' BOARD LIWEDDINGS! ?!?!
