OMG BILLY JOEL!!!!!!!!!!!!! DImples read me!

The concert was AMAZING!!!!! You are going to have so much fun. Dimples the train after the concert was terrible but the people who drove got right out. He wont go on till 830 anyway. They left Commack at 430 and got to Shea before 530. Let me know how it goes Friday!!

Thanks so much for the update. I'm glad you had a good time. We are thinking about taking the train, but personally I wanted to drive because I know it gets crazy after the show. I guess we'll see tomorrow. I can't wait. I'll let you know how it goes.

I went last night too...perfect weather. We drove - left Southampton at 4, got there at 6 and had parking like 100' from our seats- easy peasy. We literally were out of the stadium after the show and in our car driving on the LIE in 10 minutes. I heard from others sitting near us that the train was horrible and so was driving. My advice, go early.

Lots of special guests....it was the best concert - Friday night is going to be off the hook.

He played non stop for 3 straight hours.

i honestly think that if you stick around for a short while after the show 'ends' - you'll be okay. I'll probably want to wander and take pics of stuff anyways...

I gotta tell you guys that getting out and to the train was BRUTAL. I think my family that drove made it home quicker and we were going back into Manhattan. But if you dont mind then you could both have a few drinks!!

I'm checking with a friend who took the train back to her house (like 2 stops away). Will let you know what she said.
