OMG!!!! I am going to kill someone...

and her name is carla......my current receptionist!!!!!!

i dont know how this girl has made it to 24!!!!!

i have to tell her how to do her job everyday and she still messes everything up and drives me crazy trying to fix her mistakes


we are starting to train her replacement but this is not happening fast enough.....

her biggest problem is she never puts anyone on hold or asks whos calling, she just pulls the phone away from her ear and calls to me and starts talking....hello....pls press hold!!!!!

her latest moment was she need a phone number, so i tell her the contacts are in the binder on the shelf above her desk so she proceeds to open every drawer in the desk and tell me she cant find it.....


somebody help me calm down before i hurt her!!!!!!!

sorry i sound so mean i am usually a nice person but i am at my breaking point....

I hear ya though on the put the calls on hold issue. Jeez. A few days before my wedding when I had called my florist, the girl who answered never put me on hold, instead I could hear her talking to the Flower Person, like 'You know that lady who's getting married on December 27th? blah, blah, blah' lol. It was so unprofessional and awkward.
