I'd flip out but from that letter I also wonder how old they are..I mean not that age gurantees maturity but this sounds really immature...dropping off the baby and going back to his mom... Just odd.

My best friend was going through something like that this summer (thankfully, there were no kids involved). He told her over the phone that after 9 months of being married, he feels like a caged animal and needs to be alone.

It's a very difficult thing to go through.

I just read this a few minutes ago and posted to it... Jenn, he's 30. That's old enough for him to be more mature about this.

It's incredibly sad and I can't imagine how the woman feels!!!

OH HELL NO! She needs to go after his @$$ HARD with the courts then. He walked out on his kid not only her. Get that child support, take that letter to a lawyer. He broke her heart, she can break his bank account. Jeeze what a frickin jerk!
