Ok I'm on the bus, nice elderly man in front of me. I gave hin the nice seat there, he's got a cane and seems a little fragile...
So I plunk down behind him. He's balding and has what looks like sun damage on his scalp. Then I see it, this this thing on top of his head, its like a small HORN I swear to God.
About the size, shape and texture of a piece of baby corn maybe???
I swear I'm not even being funny can a medical person weigh in with what this could be???????
