Crapp...i hope it is behavign in western NJ...we tend to flood BAD when ti rains hard and they shut our damn exits down if it snows too hard

omg hahah it was sesame street skit and one of the characters was french and he busted out with BELEE BUTON!!!! We were all stoned at the time so it became hilarious to us
