Any good stories about having your MIL on FB? Mine just posted on my DH's brother's new wife's page 'you are one beautiful daughter in law' LOL Guess im chopped liver...
And I only saw this bc it freakin got posted on the main feed page... What a feel good moment for today

My MIL doesnt know the first thing about turning on a computer.. but DH's aunt is on facebook and i see her constantly leaving messages on DH's brothers GIRLFRIENDS page saying 'You are the best', 'I love you', 'You are so beautiful' and most recently 'I cant wait until you guys get married and you become part of this family, we really need a girl'
UM.. first they arent even engaged.. and second.. am i not a girl?!?!

My MIL requested me long ago on FB....I didn't hesitate about not accepting her.
When I was friends with BIL on FB, it was nice to see how she would be so supportive and loving to him, yet the complete opposite of DH. So mo much so she has even put a comment on BIL's page that was negative about DH.
Even with SIL.....my MIL is so nice to her, supportive, saying love ya...etc etc.
Some MIL's suuck big time.

Awwwww. Im sure she didnt do it o n purpose. My MIL is on FB too & yes we are friends but luckily my DH is an only child so im the only DIL shes got. So i guess that makes me the best by default. lol lol Dont feel bad im sure she loves you as well.

OMG thats terrible. I would totally defriend her & when she asks why you are not friends anymore just say i dont know i thought you like to be friends with just girls.

my MIL has a page, but i dont thin she uses it much, unless just to stalk!!
but my SIL (brothers wife) wrote on her SIL (her brothers wife) page on her bday and wrote
'happy birthday to my favorite sister in law'
clearly i would see it!!!!!!

My SIL's are ALL on fb! I'm friends with them all and my neices (John's real neices) too.
I talk to the one neice more than the others.
The SIL's don't really comment on my page ever. Maybe once in a while.
Once or twice one of them got mad about a random post and then posted about that on her page....but my post wasn't even about her or anyone in her family (it was about Britney Murphy and my clepto ex friend). She ended up apologizing.

i had a post up over the weekend that we were looking at open houses and my MIL commented saying to make sure we book her a room in our new house cause she's available for babysitting services whenever we go on vacation. we're not pregnant or even trying to yet lol. and she lives out of state too.

My MIL is not so bad on Facebook ... she has a tendency to update her status when she's trying to reply to something on one of our pages though ... like a few weeks ago DH was saying something about how he dislikes Will Smith (random) and all of a sudden, three days later, MIL's Facebook status was 'Why don't you like the Fresh Prince?'
She's so cute ... she doesn't use Facebook all that often but when she does, it's funny.

ugh yeah i posted a week or 2 ago about my MIL on facebook. Since we have been married she keeps making all these comments about having babies and stuff bc shes desperate for a grandchild. I was getting so mad bc we had made it clear that we arent trying for a few years....and with all her comments people kept asking if I was preggers.
DH finally told her she needs to cut it out and stop posting that stuff on FB. So far she has listened...

Omg..lol these stories are too funny. Mine isn't on it, she's lucky she knows how to check email and if she was, I wouldn't have her on my page I guess I'm in the miniorty because I really don't care what mine thinks of me or if I'm her favorite, then again I'm the only one she has lol.

Luckily my MIL would never figure out FB, but there is no doubt she would favor my BIL's gf over me. She does it in person.
