I put it the fridge 2 days before our 1 month to defrost. it was YUMMY! We actually had enough of it to eat for 3 days, and we did! ![]()

We did this too. 2 days before the 1 month because we heard it might not make it to 1 year. And I'm a cake fanatic!!!
Think of it this way. Even if the entire thing doesn't thaw in 2 days, it'll be just the center still possibly frozen. So eat from the outside in. By the time you get to the center it'll be defrosted.
