The customer service Suuuuuuuuuuuuck huge AAASSSSSSSS!!!!
I've already resorted to drinking wine to help me calm down. I'm sooo pissed at them!!!
It's not even over yet - this moron just put me on hold!!!!!
When I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor she told me that it would be an hour and a half wait!!!!!!!!!!!

That's why I cancelled my service with them - I can't stand poor customer service! Not to mention the fact that half the time you speak to someone in customer service (at pretty much any company) you are talking to someone in India who doesn't know the damn language!!! That drives me nuts!!!!
ETA: I don't mean any offense to anyone of Indian descent. Sorry, I didn't realize the way that was going to read.

I've hated their CS forever but I LOVE the plan that I have. Can't beat it.
It's been 2 hrs and 2 min now
I think we're almost done!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What pisses me off is how calm they always are when i'm yelling at them!!

No reason to be sorry i think we all understand, no matter where our call get routed too and you get connected to some one who speaks broken english, does get frustrating
