I know I have quite a while for this, but I totally assumed I would be writing the thank yous for both mine AND FH's guests/friends.
Did you ladies divide this task amongst the both of you or did one of you assume the responsibility?

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I wrote them all out. I asked my husband how to word some of them though, like the ones who didn't give us a card or anything but were there.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I refused to do all of them. We divided them up based on relationship to us...I pretty much wrote the script for DH to follow..he just had to copy.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I refused to write them all..particularily for his family that I barely knew.
So I wrote about 75% of them and had him word the rest. Since his handwriting is aweful, I actually wrote out what he wanted to say on that 25%

DH wrote a 'few' - meaning 5 out of 120! Ha! I wrote the rest- no big deal though- he has 2 jobs, I have 1- so I had more time to do it.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I wrote them all. DH helped with wording some of the cards important to him (he has horrible handwriting) and he had to stuff, insert picture, seal, stamp and mail them.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I wrote them all out, and David helped to word them. His job was to sign his own name, stuff the picture in, stamp & seal.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I wrote them out since DH was away on a business trip when I started writing them out. I think if he were here I might have asked him to write them out.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I wrote out all but the ones that needed to be done in Spanish. It still was only 5 of them that needed to be done by my DH!! but in all fairness, he did offer to help. But I had already printed out the address labels, both to and the return. I had made the thankyou notes months before. So writting them out wasnt that bad.

Re: On the subject of thank yous
I pre-addressed all of my TY envelopes before I went on my HM. That saved SOOOO much time. Then I wrote out my family, my friends and our joint-friends. DH wrote out his close friends and his family. We both signed each TY card personally.

I wrote them all. If I waited on my DH, some of our guest would still be waiting for theirs.
