I just made a mistake at work. Its not a huge one but it cost the woman that works for me alot of time. I just sent her an email to tell her - i feel so bad!!! Im dreading getting the email back

Luckily , it wont affect the client. Just adds more work for my back office. But she was ok with it. She understood. Phew!
