i hate cooking!!!!!! i was making a meatloaf and when it was done my glove feel off and my hand hit the grate!!!!!!!!!
it hurt real bad and turned white right away but then my daughter, who's 10, jumped in and called my dh who got me some cream for it and now i feel better ! but not only from the cream but a beer too! lol..... i will be going to the doctor in the morning, i really do not want to go to the er tonight. thanks for listinging just needed to vent this off! the drama of being a wife!

Ouck I hate when that happens.
I keep an aloe plant in the house. If you put it on right away (on minor burns), you won't scar. And you really can't kill the plant either. For a while I had it in a somewhat dark place and barely watered it and it didn't die.
I hope you feel better.

That happened to me recently! I know how you feel. I didn't enjoy my dinner and I had to put my hand in cold water for about 2 hours. The burning sensation finally went away.

I love to cook, and I still hurt myself! Yesterday I was slicing some cucumbers, and eventually I realized that I sliced my finger as well (didn't actually feel it when it happened).

hey coco! ihad computer problems for about 6 months and then so other things poped up! but i am back full posting to at least get 1000 post before my one year! the burn has now started to blister up and the cream my dh got for me is working real good! i think if i did not keep ice on it for a long time and get the cream it would be a differant story!
ps after the 2 mill post is over and i got my 1000 i will post about the cruise and my wedding i promiss!
