Our cake was terrible!!!

DH and I opneed our cake yesterday morning we were soooo excited...turns out they must have left it out before loading into my car last year and it was all melted..and totally freezer burned!!!!
It was very funny though!!!
We took some pics and laughed alot!!!!

Maybe you can go to your reception venue and talk to the banquet manager if you can get a replica of your wedding cake? That's what we did. We got a replica of our wedding cake. It's not exactly the same on the outside, but the inside is the exact same thing! It was good to have a fresh cake for our first anniversary. Our banquet manager gave it to us for free as a first anniversary gift. We still had our original wedding cake which was still good but not so great.

The taste of our fresh cake bought back many happy memories of our big day.

Ours was kind of nasty too!

We took a small bite and that was about it. I guess canoli and whipcream don't last forever!

Don't feel bad! My cake was definately gross too. I told my DH that if he didn't take a tiny tiny bite it meant bad luck. Of course my sweetie tasted it and was totally disgusted!
