WHOA what a steal! Are you sure you're asking for enough?? I haven't seen anything in that price range, and I've been looking for condos and coops.
Sadly, we have to wait at least a year to buy.![]()
Your kitchen is great. So many of the pictures I've seen, the kitchen is tiny and two people couldn't fit comfortably.

Yes, Wheatley Heights is on Long Island. It's exit 50 Bagatelle Road off the LIE. It borders Melville and Dix Hills. ![]()

Yeah, its beautiful, but our lease on our apt. is not up until the end of January. Its such a great deal, I am sure you will have no problem selling it!!
