what weather should I prepare for and what do I wear to the christening?
I was planning on a springy dress but now I'm thinking a skirt, sweater & my boots are more appropriate! HELP!

It is cooooold today, so not right...but I hear it is supposed to warm up but not really warm for a spring dress I don't think!

It's definitely cold out here!! I'd bring the spring dress anyway - you never know what the weather is gonna be...but to be safe bring those sweaters Have a safe trip!

I think it's supposed to be chilly the rest of the week - definitely not typical Spring weather! That could very well change, so I'd bring clothes for both seasons just to be safe

By saturday it is supposed to be 50 degrees or so - but they said maybe showers so ugh

Over the next 5 days, it's going to be quite cool and windy. The nicest day will be Sunday, 4/15, partly cloudy and only 55 degrees. Not spring dress weather, if you ask me...sorry!

I was just checking the weather - cool for the rest of the week. Mid 40's to 50.
Maybe you could pack some of your California sunshine and bring it here
Its freezing...and unfortunately I don't think warming up that much...

brrrr...
did I mention I was at the BEACH last weekend? We were having a heat wave - it was 80 degrees. (Its pretty rare to be at the beach and be warm in SF. Unlike most of CA, SF is not a warm city).
-sorry, girls - I had to share. Its back to 'normal' now - mid 60's.

Lisa, I feel your pain sweetie, I do not even know what to do about dressing for my party this weekend or for my b-day on Thursday No one believes me but Mother Natures weather calendar is broken.

I want those 80's degrees!!!!!!!!
It is pretty miserable here and I have no clue how to dress and I live here. I have a wedding on Saturday so I have been watching the weekend weather and like the girls above siad Saturday is suppose to be slightly wet and low-50's.

It's cold this week, feels like January. Technically it's suppose to be Spring but April in New York is unpredictable. Two days ago, Monday April 7th we had a blizzard. You can check: Weather Channel for more details.
I suggest a nice business suit with stocking or leggings. Dress warm though.
