I saw in one of your posts that you canceled an order from HK (I am so glad you did!!!) .. could you please email me regarding this situation .. I have had major problems with them, and was just wondering a couple of things ... like who you dealt with and such. It bugs me that they were willing to knock off so much in trying to get the sale from you, but they didn't seem like they wanted to budge (or even help) in trying to smooth over problems that are going on for nearly 6 months with us! Talk about a place that is not customer friendly once the sale is complete!
