Hi, I THINK you had posted about your dentist a while ago, although I could have the wrong person, if so sorry - I need to be put to sleep, looking for a dentist that does this....help, anyone?

He is on Long Island and for some reason I cant think of his name. give me a few hours and it will come to me..or I will go look at my bills when I get home.
