It seems strange, but now that we've hit one year, things seem to have mellowed a bit...we even seem to be more affectionate lately. Now, I'm sure that after I've said this we'll have a HUGE fight this weekend or something, but I really have noticed a change for the better. Not that the first year was awful...there were just lots of, um, adjustments... some very loud ones!!!

Our 2 year anniversary is next month...it seems to me that our second year married was easier than the first. We've grown even closer, and I didnt think that was possible!

Second year was considerably easier than the first! The first year, we had just bought our house, was buying furniture, had the honeymoon expenses, etc-- a very EXPENSIVE year. Plus all the adjustments of living together (had only lived together a few months before the wedding)
The second year, everything is 'settled' and soooo much more relaxing

I'm really hoping the second is easier than the first! The adjustments do take some getting used to.

Second year was def more relaxed, mellow and fun than the first one.
