Patrick Swayze...>?

So its being reported that Patrick Swayze has pancreatic cancer & might have only 5 weeks to live.... its even on foxnews.com. I wonder if its true?

This makes me think of only one thing.

O geez, that's such a horrible disease, almost always fatal.
But I do know two people that are in their second year battling the disease, and they are doing good.

Loved him in Dirty Dancing. He could teach me ANY TIME, especially in the water, all slippery and wet.

It is the Enquirer who is reporting that he has 5 weeks to live because it has spread to other parts of his body.
Since when is the Enquirer correct ?

So sad. I hope it is a rumor.

If he does pass there is always a chance he will visit you when you are making a clay pot.

oh god. i hope its not true. that is such a horrible disease. my grandmother died from it.

apparently its true that he has cancer. Not sure about the 5 week thing. It was on Good Morning America this morning.

Patrick Swayze's press person released a statement .

'Patrick Swayze has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. Patrick's physician Dr. George Fisher states, 'Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far. All of the reports stating the timeframe of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic.' Patrick is continuing his normal schedule during this time, which includes working on upcoming projects. The outpouring of support and concern he has already received from the public is deeply appreciated by Patrick and his family.'
