LOL So yesterday, i went to the dentist for my cleaning & i spoke with the hygenist & the Dr. about whitening. They didnt recommend Brite Smile for me as i only need 1 to 2 shades whiter. They recommend plates. Which im fine with. My friend uses OpalEssence & her teeth are so beautifully white. So i asked if they carry it & they said they do!! YAY!!!
Has anyone tried that?
Im excited to have my pearly whites whiter!!

I just use the crest white strips! they really work on my and actually every time i go to the dentist she askes me what i did cuz my teeth are so white.

i've tried the crest white strips forever ago.. but they bothered me a lot. they made my teeth super sensitive (which they said would happen) but i almost couldn't function. it was insane.
