I don't get my nails done, so I don't know what's really a good price. On Saturday for DH's birthday I bought him a gentleman's spa day because he's a fussy little monkey, and I decided to book myself a pedi at the same time as a treat, and am curious if I'm getting ripped off if it's $25.00.

i pay around 30$ but i get silk wraps on my toes lol. the places ive been to have mani pedi for 15$ mon- wed.
but 25 is average

$25 is a regular pedi at my place. I alternate between reg and spa, which has a massage and a great callus remover. The spa pedi is $45 Beauty is expensive!!!

the place I go to for my nails, Borte in E. Huntington (they are the only salon near me that does the Shellac), charges $25 for a regular pedicure and the prices go up from there depending on the spa pedicure level.
There's another place I go when I'm in a pinch that only charges $15 for a basic.

There is a huuuuge range in prices depending on where you go/live. You're lucky and it's cheap by you! In Roslyn where I'm at, even the cheapest place is $20 for a regular pedi. However in Baldwin, where my friend goes, it's only $15 for a reg pedi.

i was just looking at the prices you guys were saying... and ive never seen those prices anywhere in NY... im either in the city or rockaway for mani/pedi... the only time ive seen those prices is when ive been out of state... thats crazy!

ugh this is the one thing I HATE about living in CT, a regular pedi is on average $35....the place I go to on LI with my mom is $20 for a mani/pedi with a 8 min foot massage.

Up here a pedi is around $25 - $40 so I'd say you are not getting ripped off.

The place I go to is $15 for regular. Then they have like 3 other 'spa' versions that;s start at $25 and go up to $45. It's sounds like where you're going is more of a spa than a nail salon so I'd say $25 is actually a really good price.

In Manhattan it is usually between $17-$25. I think if you are getting it done at a spa...it tends to be a little more expensive. So I think $25 is pretty reasonable. They will probably spend more time on you than a regular nail place.
