Phone/Blackberry Question

As some of you know, I started my new job this week. They are providing me with a wireless Blackberry-type device, but it cannot be Blackberry brand. It must be a 'windows enabled' smartphone, but not blackberry. Unfortunately, they only use Sprint.

Any recommendations?
