Photo shop experts favor needed!

I decided to make my x-mas presents to my BFF, so I'm taking candid shots from the wedding proofs to add to a frame I bought today at Crate & Barrel. Anywho, I need someone to crop one for me I tried on MSpaint but it cuts the resolution. I can email the pic..help! lol TIA
