I would NOT recommend Duval - at least not Ray. My wedding was Oct. 12, and he all but ruined it. The video guy with Duval was fine, and the people in the office have been professional however. I do not have my proofs back and I will post when I do to be fair, but I don't see how they could have come out good.
I used Cassarino and was very happy with them, my photographer, and most importantly, my pictures!!!
I used Cassarino also, and we love our pictures and video. Our photographer and videographer were both great.
my photographer Roy was a nightmare. from the minute he walked in the house he was rude and condescending. He kept calling my DH 'John' - when his name is Jonathan - doesn't seem like a big deal, but he hates being called John, and no matter how many times I reminded this guy he kept doing it. I had a photo montage at my wedding (old pictures being shown on a video screen) and when he walked in he was overheard saying to someone 'what's with the screen, what does she think this is, a bar mitzvah'. At one point during the night I asked him to take a pic of me and my best friends mom, and he said, right in front of her 'believe me, I have enough pictures of her'...I was like, WHAT???? He was SO obtrusive. I could go on and on, really. I HATED him. He had me in tears.
