Photography question

How long did it take to get your proofs? It's been a month and a half and I haven't even heard from the photographer.

I'm kinda dreading talking to him though because he couldn't make it to my wedding due to a big family emergency and sent a replacement who I hated. I really am scared to see my wedding pictures because I felt like I smiled at the camera for 95% of them and that's not the artistic photographer I booked. It's been stressing me out since the wedding

Should I call him or wait for him to get in touch with me?

About 5 weeks for us. But I know brides that have waited 8-12.

We waited 9 weeks.

In regards to your fearful anticipation...I mean, I think you're totally justified to feel concerned considering you didn't get the photog you chose BUT I wouldn't stress just yet...you could be pleasantly surprised!

Got teasers at 6 weeks and picked up the proofs a week later.
