Photos: matte or metallic

Hi Ladies,
We are printing about 3-4 medium to large wedding photos for our home. Our photographer would like us to choose matte or metallic. What is the difference, which is best? One of our photos is a beach scene with lots of beautiful sunset colors. The others are more close up pics. I want to make the right choice!

I always preferred matte, but maybe some of the other girls can help, I'd like to know what looks best with wedding pics too!

I too do matte! it reduces glare and looks 'richer'.
