Photoshop help!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please help me and edit a photo for me. I need one of the bulbs on the outside light 'cut and pasted' to replace the burned out bulb. I thought it was simple but 4.5 hours later not so much (Also tell me it's really advanced that only an expert could do it and I'm not as dumb as I seem)

This is a low resolution copy just to show you what I need. I will email you the higher resolution one. My sanity and this computer still being in one piece thank you
