miami was sooo great. we went for new years .. the weather was amazing and i loved all the life there. it was like the crowd of NYC but in a gorgeous setting with water here's some pics:
we got there late new years eve and we were trying to get somewhere but it was taking too long. before we knew it cars were just pulling over on the freeway to watch the fireworks. 3 out of 4 lanes were just stopped with parked cars. it was so cool
this was the ventian pool in coral gables. that area is so amazing .. so friggin quiet and beautiful houses. we didn't go into the pool area cuz it cost too much so these are pics from outside
we also drove by the biltmore hotel which was gorgeous. this huge vegas type hotel in the middle of this nice little golf type area. and of course, tons of hot cars all around it.

I love Miami.. It's my second home.. And you're right about News Cafe.. it's also one of my favorite places to eat down there..
