One of these days I'm going to treat myself to one of those hour long massages, I'm so stressed out..does anyone have a spa or massage therapist they can recommend? Especially in mid to eastern Suffolk. Thanks!

If you want a spa type place I love the east wind spa since its not just an in and out massage, they have rain showers saunas and steam rooms to use
If you just want a basic massage for a cheaper price no frills I go to this place in patchogue LI medical massage and they are great

I got DH a massage for V day at Drew Patrick. I get them there myself and they are excellent. They have a price list online, the best part is that the price includes gratuity so you don't have to worry about tipping!
