Please help!

I am having trouble finding a DJ that I like. Did any of you use Starlight Express or Bravura? Could you kindly FM me with good/bad or suggestions. Thanks!!

I have heard good things about Starlight Express. I looked into them when I was looking for a DJ.They gave us a great cd we still use!

I didn't book them though because I thought they were too much into the bells and whistles so to speak - lightening and smoke machines and stuff and that wasn't what I was looking for. Actually, they put the smoke machine on when I went to see them w/out telling me and I started to have an asthma attack. They were very apologetic though! I used Spin Around Sound and recommend them. I have been to 2 other weddings since mine who used them and they never disappoint.

I didnt use the vendors you mentioned. I used a DJ from Jersey, but he travels, he does a FABULOUS job, is very classy and my guests were impressed with him. He does exactly what you want and doesnt do what you dont want. we loved him. Fm me if you want his number, his prices are also better than what Ive heard Djs in LI charge.

I loved Spin Around Sound too. Tom did a fantastic job and kept the dancefloor hopping all night, while not playing music that wasn't our style!

I have to agree with Niecy & Sasha about Spin Around Sound! We used them twice (for the wedding & the anniversary block party!), friends of ours used them the year before us and a friend is using them this July!! They may be a bit on the pricey side, BUT you get what you pay for....... that is you get ehat you want, not what they want!! We have all used Tom who is the owner!!
