Please help me decide which style works best for a Boudouir Book

What style do you guys like better for the B pic book I am making for Pete? I usually use Picaboo but I am not sure I want the window to peek through like they have. Its also only 8.5x11 and I think a 12x12 might be easier to design inside because more space.

I wanted a leather cover so I found snapfish and the price is more than I usually pay BUT I have a choice of 12x12 in red leather(y'all know I love red) OR Red Velvet (so lush!). Inside of cousre the book would be my custom design but outside its plain.

That's choice #1.

Choice #2:
Picaboo-my usual. Pete likes leather or fabric covers over the dustjacket kind so BLURB is out even though they use large format too.

Ok so here are the choices:

#1: 12x12 by Snapfish in Red Leather


#2: 12x12 by Snapfish in Red Velvet


#3: Picaboo Album in red leather

Velvet.

Yea I sorta like the velvet one too..leaning towards it but do you think it is impractical because it will get dusty?

I would totally get the VELVET, that's a perfect texture for these sexay photos.

I think if you left it around on your coffee table it might get dusty and faded, but I'm thinking that's NOT where you're planning to store the bpix album?? Maybe not, if i looked like you i'd totally keep it on my coffee table...

I have a bookcase with glass doors where i keep the 'good' books and photo albums, they are dust-free and looking good. Otherwise you can always buy a photo box to store the album in too?

i'll hop on the bandwagon and say red velvet cause it's not your ordinary set of photos...these are sexxxayyy! gotta do it UP!

Yea I think I am going to do the velvet. Its a bigger format too. LOL thanks Colette but I don't think my in-laws want to see my nekkid self on the coffeetable. It might give them tooo many disturbing visuals about what we do on other tabels in the house/

The photobox is a good idea. Didn't think of that.

Your emoticon threw me off but yep makes sense. Going to go with what Colette said and put it in a storage box. I just didn't want the work of making the dang album (You know my pain with layouts Pegs!) and the fact I paid so much for the dang pictures, to be destroyed by a batallion of guerilla Dust Bunnies

So K honey! I think Collette had the best idea so thats what I am doing: Red velvet cover because in some of the pics I am laying on red velvet so its a ncie tie-in, and then i will just geta storage box when we put it away.

DId I mention I am making him a calender too? LOL it was Viktoryia's idea. Im going to put a pic layouton each page and then the corresonding lyrics from Neil Sedaka's 'calender Girl.'
