I know I've done this before but Im really considering going light again and hubby is giving me a hard time about it. Which hair color do you girls like better? Which makes me look younger?

Both look amazing on you either way but im liking the dark a little bit better. Maybe keep it dark and then in the summer go blonde. I guess Chris likes brunettes better too. Its funny bc last night at dinner DH said 'when are you going back to red' keep it red all year round lol, he said he thought i was going back to red after the wedding and has been waiting for it lol.

Thanks girls. Youre all so sweet. I think Im going to dye the crown of my head a light caramel or something. Ill start real slow. I definitely wont go as blonde as I used to be. Denise, Chris has always been telling me to go dark, for years now. I never did it cause I didnt want to until I felt like it. I really like it but I get so bored and like someone else said I feel like the brown doesnt stand out as much or pop as much as the blonde. So Ill just go the in between route and see what happens. Thanks for all the opinions. It looks like brunette really won this won

Okay so I thought brunette, then I asked DH and he was scared to answer bc he thought it was a trick question and he thought I would get mad or something LOL but then finally he said brunette!
you are beautiful! you could dye your hair puke colored and still be beautiful!

Awww thanks Tilde!! DH would be sooo happy if I told him you AND your DH said brunette. He'll be like I TOLD YOU SO! So Im not gonna tell him to spare him the satisfaction. BTW, I have puked on my hair a couple of times. It didnt look too bad but the smell was horrific

You are gorgeous so you're gonna look beautiful no matter what hair color you have. But I think you look a bit younger with the brunette hair. Plus I'm partial towards brunettes.

I really like the dark, and I think it makes you look young, but the light color says 'famous person who clearly spends $$ to get her hair professionally highlighted' if that makes sense. Its less 'every day' than just a dark color...

i know exactly what youre saying. Its weird but once you go blonde its hard to go back to dark bc youre so used to it popping and standing out. I LOVE red on myself but i always go right back to blonde right away bc you just get a different feeling, hard to explain to those who dont do blonde. I guess one big thing too is that when i had red hair i always felt like i had to wear a little bit more make up bc it made me look more pale and with blonde i felt i had to do less, and for me less make up and time is best since i dont have patience haha.
But yeah i think im gonna go dark sometime soon too. Blonde is alot of maintenance but believe it or not the red is ALOT more maintenance than the blonde. With blonde i can go 6-8 weeks without dying and its fine, with red within 2-3 weeks it faded so i have to dye it ALOT more often. I just chopped my hair off after the wedding, not bc i wanted short hair badly but bc my hair was so fried and horrible that i had no choice. I also have barely been dying my hair, just do the roots only here and there and no highlights. So thats why im waiting to go red again since i will have to dye it all the time.
I get bored too so i know how you feel. I like the idea of doing it gradually, start off with caramel and then slowly go to darker.

Oh wow...hard decision!!!! You are lucky because you look good both ways.
I think dark definitely makes you look younger. I showed it to DH and he likes the first picture...the dark dark brown he said 'the dark is hot!'
Hmm I am stuck in the middle but leaning towards dark. I would go dark myself but mine looks nasty dark. Its just less maintenance and still looks so good on you!

what about an inbetween color that you can stick with for longer. Not really blonde but not that dark either. Like a nice light caramel brown
