Lauren teh pay off is going to be amazing. Most be people who arent into this can not possibloy understand. But honestly in teh end you are goign to feel super strong & hott! But you have to want it. Dont care about the scale care about how you are looking. The muscles being built in your arms & abs & how strong & healthy you will look.

I understand the number on the scale thing completely. I am heavier than i have been in a long time as far as the number goes. Most of my clothes still fit and my 'fat clothes' from when I was this weight previously are still too big on me which makes me think its working lol

i know everyone is different, but that 8lb difference in a week could be water weight from working out, hormonal, whatever, but 8 pounds in a week is not muscle nor fat!. Im working with a trainer/nutritionist who deals with professinal Bodybuilders. I have been 'bulking for almost 3 months and am up less than 5 lbs. I am hating that but I just keep thinking about when I start to diet down again so I can see all my hard work pay off.

Something that migth help you (seems to help me sometimes lol) is to think about the number on a scale as a snapshot of your body on that particular day. Its not permanent, it could be water, hormones, waste (eww gross, I know) or whatever. I really struggle with this but am trying get through it. Only a few more months of this and then down to the fun of peeling away body fat lol

I understand. Just remember yoru goal look. And on those days you arent so hot on yourself. Say to yourself Without these arms i couldnt lift the weight with out these legs i couldnt walk or run. Im making them stronger for my life & fo rmy health & simply for me. We all have those days where we hate something. But thats what works for me.
