where is he?
He's in the field training all week. He was there all last week and he'll be gone all next week too its taken a lot of getting used to not having him around. I cant wait until Friday when he comes home.

The best part about yesterday was DH eating every last bite of the dinner I made and telling me how good it was!
See the thing is, I don't even know how to cook! It was a constant joke between us and with friends/family about what were we gonna do after we got married and didn't have someone cooking for each of us anymore. Turns out, cooking isn't as horrible as I thought and I love making something for us and seeing DH's reaction and appreciation. So him telling me it was a great meal was the highlight of my day!

thats great! i found the same thing after we married. and now i enjoy cooking and ive been so sad that ive been so busy with my program and assignments right now that i havent been able to lately. i miss cooking for him. but his 30th is next week and im planning a big nice meal for him! and dessert, which could be a disaster bc I dont bake from scratch (not well at least, haha)!

Spending time in bed with DH this morning. He was off for Election Day so I actually got to see him before I left for work. I wish every morning could be like this

the best part about yesterday was coming home to DH cooking dinner!! yay!! the best part about today was making it home in one piece from work.....lately its been draining all of my mental energy!! I need a serious raise come review time!!

for me...when DH came home from work. I just get all excited. And talking on the phone w/ my sis.
...our nightly devotional/prayer as well. havent done it yet but its the best way to end the day before bed!
