well i dont know if i'm confusing, BUT i voted for the jazz trio...however, the CH room at flowerfields is very - 'tropical' and nature-y....so the steel drum is actually a fun idea. my friend who got married there had the steel drum band...i felt like it went with the theme of the room. BUT i voted for jazz trio 'cause i just like jazz lol.

I personally think the jazz trio would be more fitting for that atmosphere. I associate steel drums with water, sun, and frozen drinks. So, IMO, I think the jazz trio would be mroe suitable.

I don't know....for cocktail hour... hmmmm that's a funny one! If you want something different and definitely and eye opener, more caribbean sound... I would go for the steel drums! hehehe....
But if you want something more laxed...then go for the jazz band. That should be a nice sound! I'm at a tie! Sorry!!!!
