Poor doggie...so mad!

So, we have this house around the corner from us - the corner of their backyard touches the corner of ours. They have this black dog - not sure what kind although DH said today it's a black lab and it looks young. They seriously leave this poor dog outside ALL day!!! And when we let Oz out, it barks up a storm at Oz, and Oz just stands there looking at it. So I guess DH had enough today. The dog has been outside since he got home from work this morning around 9:45, and when I got home for lunch at 1:15 it was still out there! It's flippin' freezing outside!!!!! DH called the Town who told him to call the ASPCA. When I left the house to come back to work, I drove past their house and there are TWO cars in the driveway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what's worse - the fact that they're home and leave the dog outside, or if they weren't home!!! Oh, AND somehow, the dog squeezed thru their fence and was stuck in the space between their fence and ours! DH had to climb over and put it back!! If DH hadn't been outside and seen that, the poor dog would've been stuck there for hours!!! What is wrong with people???????????????

OMG this makes me so sad reading this. I really hope ASPCA does something about it.

Seriously!!! We are so disgusted with them! If they don't want it, we will adopt it! Clearly, it has already made friends with Ozzie DH said the dog was petrified of him when he went to help him, too! So sad!!!
