There's not one particular thing that defined the wedding, I think all the pretty little details worked together. I loved the favors, flowers, how the church was decorated, I guess overall everything tied together to make a very pretty and romantic atmosphere.

Not sure they'll roll their eyes - as i'm rather sure daddy will be torturing them with the mask throughout their childhood! They'll either be scared or laugh!

We also have a large cardboard cutout of his head!!!!! We're not normal...

Actually - we tend to put it in odd places to freak each other out. He left it on the toilet for me once, i put it in his car with the seatbelt on (as a passenger)....

LOL that reminds me of the time in college my best friend took her stuffed animals (you know how young girls tend to throw little plushies in back) and she actually strapped them into the seat belts in the back seat... Just to get al augh cause she was a goof BUT...

LMAO we got pulled over for speeding once and the state trooper wasn't too happy...till he peeked into the back seat. He kept a perfectly straight face but his lips twitched as he told us he would let us of with a warning since we were practicing seatbealt safety.

I don't think that I have a favorite detail.

The best has to be the great comments we received from our guests. Made the both of us so happy that we accomplished what we set out to.
I felt a bit silly in the beginning to be planning a first wedding at our ages, but everything came together as I hoped it would, to be an elegant and classic affair.
Not even the rain could put a damper on our day.

I love everyones details!!!

My mom made our unity candle and I loved it!

My DH, dad, mom, and I made our escort cards and holders.

My mom and I designed our centerpieces.

And I dont have a pic of it, but I had drink menus on the bar and they looked great!!
